How do you find out whether a claim has been paid, how much has been paid, to whom payment was made, and how much you still owe? What should you do if you do not understand how the claim was adjudicated? How do you know if your mail order prescriptions have shipped? How do you obtain additional cards? The answers are below.

CoreSource maintains a section of their web site specifically for participants. It is called CoreView. It is your online gateway to benefit information. Register as a participant and you will be able to check the status of claims, request ID cards, research health-related issues, understand your Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and access a glossary of terms. You will be able to access both medical and dental claims for yourself and each of your dependents.

To set up your account or to log in to your account, go to www.coresource.com. The site lists an option to download claim forms; however, our plan does not maintain claim forms on the CoreView site. You should obtain forms by visiting the "Forms and Notices" page.

If you cannot resolve your questions by going to CoreView, you can call CoreSource customer service number that is reserved especially for MABT clients. The toll-free number is 888-742-8631. We recommend you make good notes of your conversation, including the date and time of the conversation and with whom you spoke. Your notes will be helpful if you need to make a follow-up call.

MABT utilizes the Caremark network for prescription drug services. You will need to set up an account by visiting www.caremark.com Once you are registered, you will be able to download a personalized order form for a new prescription, refill your prescription, learn how much you will have to pay depending on whether you use a local pharmacy or the mail-order option, and determine the status of an order you have already placed. You can learn more about the medication that has been prescribed for you.
