In order to obtain a complete description of the plan, you should open two documents – the link to your plan and also the amendment for it.

You may select the link below to download a comprehensive written document that explains the Plan in detail. It is a lengthy official document called a Summary Plan Description, also known as an SPD, or Plan Document.

The SPD is dated January 1, 2005. Several amendments have been enacted to the plan since the document was last published. Those are listed in the Amendments to the Comprehensive A Plan below.
